Coffee was made exactly as i ordered. Lovely staff with a welcoming smile on her face. However, restaurant dining area, play area, and toilets were filthy. Bins were over flowing inside dining area. What a shame as it is not a good reflection of infection control policy in place by the government. Mcdonalds have a very strict policy of having someone on floor at regular intervals to clean the tables, change bins n check toilets during peak rush hours. This store failed it’s own policy. Next time, i will post the photos as well for reference

Visited this Maccas at around 6:30pm on 18/03/2023. Restaurant serves typical McDonalds fare. In my case the Filet of Fish was hot but wonkily assembled with fries being warm at best. Noting all the precooked fries in Medium + Small sizes sitting neatly in a row and no big crowds of clients it stands to reason that's why the fries were warm not hot & crispy.
The service was prompt and courteous but that was not surprising as none of the staff seemed focused on the other tasks on the other side of the serving area i.e. the dining area. It's clear that nobody was keen to get their hands dirty as the state of the dining area was like a teenagers bedroom (see photos). Bins close to overflowing, food scraps on tables and table tops left unwiped. I'll not be returning in a hurry.

Based on how they take care of the facilities, I'd recommend going somewhere else until they show that they look after their facilities. I don't have confidence in their overall cleaning if their toilets are this bad.

The staff weren't exactly ecstatic but I don't blame them in that set up. The restaurant is nearly almost dirty and don't even talk about the bathroom it's seriously bad. Sometimes the food is good but often it's greasy and stale (especially the apple pies and chips). Quite often we wait over 20 minutes for a couple of things even without a lot of customers there but I guess there's also drive through and delivery orders to make. The Café beverages are usually always good though.

Breakfast of champions. You can always count on Maccas being consistent and open. Thank you for the service. The sausage and egg mcmuffin was delicious. Black coffee A1.
