It's a pity the standard of Laurent has dropped here. Food is below average, my croissant (the english) was burnt on top, and not what it used to be. Won't be back.

Over rated. Staff under the pump. Only 2 people there at one stage. Barrista was really working non stop and had to do the iced coffees, shakes etc as well. He has really good customer service. Running the show whilst making the drinks. At least its open when all other shops in that area closed. Don't think we'll go back.

The coffee shop experience was delightful. The coffee had a rich aroma and smooth flavor, providing a perfect morning boost. The almond croissant was flaky, buttery, and filled with a generous almond paste, creating a heavenly combination of crunch and sweetness. The blueberry danish was a delightful treat with its light, fluffy pastry and burst of juicy blueberries in every bite. Overall, the quality of the coffee and pastries was exceptional, making it a satisfying and enjoyable breakfast.

Daniyeru's Detailed Review: Customer Service 3/5 *Service was polite and professional enough, but lacking a human touch. Food 5/5 *Croque Monsieur was made perfectly. *Only issue was the size of the toast overall was tiny, looks like it was made with a kids toast when compared with other Laurents. Maybe a small batch of bread, not sure. But at least the taste was 5/5! * * Value 3/5 *For the small portion of bread, it's not really worth it unless you want to treat yourself to something nice. I had to eat again elsewhere to get full for lunch. Atmosphere 7/5 *The dine in area is very Extravagant and classy. I'd love to dine here and have a coffee and relax. Really nice and comfortable. Very spacious. Overall *The atmosphere here is way above most joints, food and cakes are delicious (albeit the small size croque Monsieur), I would definitely return.
