The food is hit and miss depending on the staff of the day. When the food is good it’s great but other times it is barely warm… not fresh. The Toilets are absolutely disgusting. Mold on the grout between wall tiles, floors need a really good scrubbing, fixtures are sticky and broken. They need a good sterilizing. The toilets absolutely stink.
Tables not cleaned, bins overflowing.

The order was for dine in. Should have known there would be problems when the bag was thrown at my partner. Part of the order was forgotten and it really wasn’t that busy. But then Hubby’s burger was cold… the same customer service attendant that threw the bag then took the burger back, microwaved it and presented it as a fresh burger… the looks and comments made were overheard. At least the manager made a fresh one. Yes it’s fast food, but that’s no excuse to treat customers so poorly.
Would give zero if I could.

ordered a burger from Hungry jacks and was shocked when I opened it the meat patty was completely black and burnt, clearly not healthy or safe to eat. When I went back to the store to have it replaced, the manager was extremely rude and said, “sometimes the meat can be like that.”
That’s absolutely unacceptable. No customer should be served food that looks like this. It makes me wonder if this is what we’ve been eating all along from them .
Very bad service, very bad food quality, and completely unhealthy. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone.

I will never buy from this Hungry Jack's or another again.
Ordered an Iced coffee, lid was not on correctly and it spilled over my car, I had to get it detailed as milk and now have to deal with ants most days.
I rang them and the response was a deer in headlights they had no care just a sorry which is useless.
I contacted head office to have them pay for the inside detailing as it was their fault.
They said they couldn't do anything and it was up to the Store Manager and would pass on to them. Still waiting from August for that response.
So if you don't want to have to detail our car or like a clean car would avoid at all costs

I visited Hungry Jack’s Preston during a very busy period and honestly felt for the staff. The store was packed, yet the team kept working flat out, communicating with each other, and trying to get through orders as quickly as possible. Anyone who has worked in fast food knows how intense these rushes can be.
Despite the pressure, staff remained respectful and focused. It’s easy for customers to complain about wait times, but much harder to recognise the effort it takes to serve a full restaurant at once. This team deserves credit for handling a tough shift and still pushing through.
The food was great me and my kids inhaled it over all i would recommend please just treat people with respect and if your order is wrong just kindly with manners ask for it to be redone.
