I got a snack wrap through drive thru and it was disgusting, stuck to the paper and had no lettuce in it, so they replaced it with this one which was worse than the first one! It's burnt and just plain awful. UNEATABLE! THREW IT IN THE BIN! DO BETTER MACCAS!

I went through the drive through. Ordered my meal. They stuffed it up big time. They didn't give me a cheesburger & the lge fries was smaller than a small fries. They said they will reimburse me. I asked, what about my fuel cost & they basically laughed at me. Never ever will i go back to mcdonalds at fountain gate. Disgusting service.

2 Sundae ice creams at $4.40each however one was half filled, much less than the other one. Took it back and was told that's how they are. No offer of a top up or new one. Care factor less than zero. In fact I think they take pride in being rude! McDonalds Narre Warren is dead to me and many others who have found their service truly insulting.

Worst experience ever. The lady who was at the drive through was very rude and didn’t know how to speak to the customers and gave a very bad attitude and also put on the wrong order purposely and the burger was just full of hot sauce which was not good enough to eat. Very disappointing
