The 500g rib eye was great and chips and salad too. I did ask for a medium but got a well done. Could give larger pepper sauce. Meal was $57.80 with a soft drink. Would have been nicer to sit in the Bistro area but the steak was only available in the sports bar. Will go back for the ribeye as it was good quality.

1st time at Sanctuary Lakes Hotel but definitely not the last! Staff was friendly, attentive, fast and extremely well mannered and well spoken. Atmosphere was vibrant, the Venue is quite large too. And the food was fresh, tasty and hearty. Highly recommended for families and functions!!

Saturday dinner buffet $46. No drinks included. Good Prawns - fresh, firm, juicy. Chicken curry, tasty, succulent enough, creamy. Good coconut and fragrant flavours. chicken nuggets, crispy, meaty, best eaten hot. Biscoff cheese cake, creamy, crunchy, not overly sweet. Calamari, crispy, soft squid Steamed Fish, tender, flaky light sauce that wasn't overpowering. Briyani rice, light, fluffy, fragrant kabana, good bite, tasty. Average Smoked salmon, similar to supermarket offerings. Black bean beef, tasty, tender, some bite. Pappadam, crispy, strange taste and thicker texture than typical though. Pork, crispy tasty skin but meat lacked flavour. Apple sauce didn't salvage it. Lamb curry, tender, gamey, could have used more flavour. Mussels, fresh, lacked flavour. Salami, tasty but plastic like texture. Pork rib, tender meat falling off the bone. Much too sweet flavour. Chips, looks like McDonald's chips but not as crispy or salty. Bad Mac and cheese, clumpy, tasteless. Chocolate mousse, tasteless Jelly, taste like cough syrup Bread pudding, lacked crispiness and flavour. Cheese, tasteless. Vegetable samosa, thin and lacked flavour. Fish bite, crispy but lacked flavour and bite. Pumpkin soup, too sweet. Beef stew, tough and dry. Roast beef, bland. Mushroom gravy overly salty. Service Servers were very prompt with clearing the dishes and friendly. Atmosphere Tends to get noisy with large groups celebrating.

Had lunch here recently. Good range of food with a range of mains and desserts. Plenty of tables. Friendly service. Prices was reasonable. Well worth to try out. A separate bar area in the hotel with polkies too.

Holly and her team truly made my daughter's birthday party a memorable celebration! Their services were exceptional from start to finish. The food was plentiful and delicious, with a great variety of items that catered to everyone's tastes. What impressed me most was how attentive they were; the trays were constantly being replenished before they even had a chance to get empty! Beyond the food, Holly and her team did an amazing job arranging the room. The atmosphere was perfect and really contributed to the overall festive mood. Holly herself was a constant presence throughout the party, always available and ready to lend a hand to ensure everything ran smoothly. Her dedication and support were invaluable. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for anyone looking for a stress-free party with great food and a wonderful atmosphere. Holly and her team will go above and beyond to make your event a success!
