I'd like to keep this cafe as my secret treasure cafe as I had spent lots of wonderful time here. But the cafe Ferguson (PC) is worth having a five stars good review. Perguson's coffee beans are perfect for me, and they have nice baristas everyday. I can't count how many pages of books I read in this cafe in the morning, which is my wonderful time during the day. When it 's chilly outside, sitting at the cafe's corner, with a hot almond flat white, enjoying the warm sunshine coming through the bright window, tasting the natural sugar coming from almond milk combined with perfect coffee beans. When it's scorching hot outside, drinking an iced latte, the refreshing was boosted by the purity of ice cubes with creamy milk and fantastic coffee extraction. Thanks Molly and other baristas of Ferguson Plarrefor (PC) for providing a comfortable reading environment and awesome coffee. Highly recommended!

The store was neat, clean and tidy. Found the coffee to be hot, but a little strong for my liking but still good. The staff were friendly, but service could be a little better, as on my last visit, despite one team member taking my order for a coffee, went off to then serve someone else at the cake counter whom came after myself, despite having two staff working there that day.

Ferguson Plarre is truly a Point Cook gem! The customer service here goes above and beyond every single time. The team is outstanding: Amy, Molly, Ruby and the entire crew embody everything you’d hope for in your local coffee spot. Their genuine smiles, attention to detail, and welcoming nature make every visit a pleasure. The coffee is consistently excellent — smooth, reliable, and always spot on. Combine that with the friendly atmosphere and the sunny outdoor seating, and you’ve got the perfect place to relax. There’s nothing better than sitting outside on a summer’s day, enjoying the perfect coffee! The food range is equally impressive, with plenty of savoury bites and sweet treats to choose from. The new gourmet sandwiches are a fantastic addition, and the tuna melt is an absolute must-try. Thank you to the whole team for making every visit memorable. You’ve set the bar high for customer service, hospitality, and quality food — Point Cook is lucky to have you!

Didn't notice this shop until a few days ago while I was doing some last minute present-buying with my mother... Was unsure what to order as we're typically tea lovers, but the Barista Ekamjot helped me pick a coffee that suited my taste perfectly. Friendly service, good coffee, and a clean, calm spot to pause during a hectic shopping run. We'll definitely be coming back!

As a regular at Ferguson Plarre Point Cook, I should probably declare my bias up front. This place has become my office, my social club and my caffeine supplier… and I’m not planning on leaving. The coffee is consistently great, the pies and cakes are dangerously good, and the vibe is pure “local hangout” in the best way. I’ve written chunks of my books here, fuelled by “Latte’s and bad jokes, in the company of Amy, Molly, Ruby and Ray – who somehow manage to run world-class service and remember everyone’s story at the same time. They don’t just serve coffee; they host half of Point Cook’s therapy sessions, brainstorms and friendship circles. It’s the kind of place where you pop in “just for a takeaway” and accidentally stay an hour because you bumped into three people you know… and made two new friends on the way out. The regulars jokingly call it our little “lunatic cult” – not the scary kind, just the kind where everyone smiles too much and knows your usual. This is where I fit in. If you live in Point Cook, this is your community living room. If you’re from outside, it’s worth the trip just to experience a team who are genuinely world-class at service and good friendships.
Grab a coffee, a pie, a slice of cake… and be warned: you’d have to be truly committed to staying average and anonymous not to come back” - D J Jackson Author, Speaker, Consultant.
